At HEKO Projecten, you don’t just work on exhibits or interiors—you build something that leaves people speechless. We’re a family-owned business with fourteen colleagues who truly know one another. From our workshop in Druten, we create interiors and trade show booths both in the Netherlands and abroad. No two days are the same, and no two booths are identical. And that’s exactly what makes the work challenging, varied, and fun.

What You'll Be Doing

From Druten, you and your team will travel to projects in the Netherlands and abroad. Sometimes you’ll work in the workshop; other times, you’ll be on-site—in the middle of an exhibition hall, an event venue, or an interior design project. You’ll help with the preparation, setup, and teardown of booths and interiors. Every job is different, but one thing is always the same: we do it together.

What You'll Get

Salary

Between €2,526 and €3,297.48 gross per month (according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Exhibition Companies)

Contract

7 months (fixed-term) for 38 hours per week. You’ll work 40 hours, which means you’ll get 12 extra days off

Leisure

A total of 36 days off per year, and with time-for-time, this can add up to 51 days

Surcharges

Up to 250% for work on weekends or holidays

Travel Expense Reimbursement

€0.23 per km (commute, up to 30 km one way)

Travel Time Reimbursement

As per the collective bargaining agreement, up to 150%

International Projects

Private hotel room, breakfast included, and a daily allowance of between €50 and €70

Vacation Pay

8,33%
